Implementations Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead projects from internal handover through client onboarding and go-live
• Run client kick-off meetings, explain implementation phases, and agree objectives, scope
• Maintain project plans with clear actions, owners, and milestones
• Coordinate portfolio of new client implementations and additional phases for existing clients
• Manage day-to-day communication between clients, internal teams, vendors, and card schemes
• Build effective relationships with client stakeholders including senior contacts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project management track record in card payments, issuing, or payment processing
• Understanding of card issuing and payments ecosystem; Visa or Mastercard experience a plus
• Confidence in client-facing roles with clear scope and expectations
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, priorities, risks, and dependencies
• Ability to work with technical teams and understand system connections
• Clear communication, early issue escalation, and adaptability
