  • Lead the in-game messaging lifecycle for DNA titles, managing weekly ads and storefronts.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end marketing and lifecycle campaigns across messaging and commerce.
  • Serve as central hub between Marketing, Product, Insights, Joint Tech and Game Studios.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-launch in-game QA testing for messaging and storefronts.
  • Scale in-game DNA tech capabilities with 2KT to unlock commercial levers.
  • Mentor rotating graduates and drive operational excellence across Owned Media.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Extensive experience in digital operations, live-service gaming, or in-game messaging management.
  • Proven experience in process improvement or operational scaling within marketing or technical environments.
  • Track record of managing a high-volume, weekly operational cadence.
  • Experience working with technical teams to deliver scalable UI and functionality product improvements.
  • Understanding of video game launch and release management processes; experience working with QA teams.
  • Strong analytical skills; self-motivated with ability to operate independently at a senior level.
