In-Home Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs at home
• Support care plans as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Visit 2-5 patients per day with varied shifts
• Reimburse travel time and mileage between participants

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current BLS/First Aid certification
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry before start
• CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire
