In-Home Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs at participants' homes.
• Assist with instrumental ADLs: laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, meals.
• Measure and document vital signs as instructed.
• Act as medical escort to appointments, ensuring safe transfers.
• Carry out home exercise programs per care plan after training.
• Provide translation services as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS/First Aid certification required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish).
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry before start date.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire.
