In-Home Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care and ADLs in participants' homes (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Assist with instrumental ADLs: laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, meal prep.
• Measure and document vital signs as instructed.
• Act as medical escort to appointments and support safe transfers.
• Assist Rehab team with home exercise programs per care plan.
• Provide translation services as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS/First Aid certification required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; ongoing maintenance.
