In-Home Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care and ADLs in participants' homes.
• Visit 2-5 patients daily with 8-hour shifts.
• Receive travel time and mileage reimbursement.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team (IDT) on care planning.
• Offer translation services as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS/First Aid certification required
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Registered with Home Care Registry before start date
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred at hire)
