Provide hands-on personal care and ADLs at participants' homes.
Assist with instrumental ADLs: laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, meal prep.
Record and relay vital signs as instructed.
Act as medical escort for appointments and transfers.
Assist rehab team with home exercise programs per care plan.
Provide translation services as needed.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
Current BLS/First Aid certification.
CNA or HHA certification preferred.
Bilingual preferred.
Must be registered with Home Care Registry.
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain.
