📋 Description

• Lead Contracting Operations: Oversee contracts across construction projects, hardware procurement
• Provide Legal and Regulatory Guidance: Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local
• Manage Legal Risk: Identify contractual, operational, and commercial risks and develop strategies
• Oversee Disputes and Litigation: Manage claims, disputes, and litigation, pursuing practical

🎯 Requirements

• Education and Licensure: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution and active
• Legal Experience: At least 10 years of experience practicing law, including a minimum of 3 years in

• Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated
