In-house Counsel & HR Business Partner (dual role)

📋 Description

• Provide legal advice on employment law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (employment agreements, NDAs, employment related contracts).
• Ensure company policies, handbooks, and processes comply with local labor law and regulatory requirements.
• Manage or coordinate with external counsel on litigation, disputes, or regulatory inquiries.
• Advise leadership on legal risk related to hiring, terminations, restructuring, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor changes in employment law and update internal policies accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with bar admission to practice law.
• 3–7+ years in employment, corporate, or in-house counsel.
• Strong knowledge of local labor law and corporate compliance.
• Data privacy knowledge (GDPR) and familiarity with HRIS/ contract management tools.
• Excellent communication; translate legal language for non-lawyers.
• Ability to advise C-level executives and manage stakeholders.
