In-House Counsel - Munich

📋 Description

• Review, negotiate and draft commercial and SaaS licensing; NDAs and DPAs.
• Coordinate with sales and security to ensure compliant deal execution.
• Handle employment law matters with HR.
• Identify process improvements to speed up closings.
• Maintain a proactive, solutions-driven, collaborative approach.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified German law degree; must pass Erste Juristisches Staatsexamen.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a law firm and/or in-house.
• Excellent command of German (native) and English (fluent).
• Solid knowledge of German employment law.
• Familiar with technology (metaverse, AI, digital assets).
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
