🎯 Requirements

  • 5-10 years in labor and employment incl. litigation; in-house/defense preferred.
  • JD from accredited law school; CA bar in good standing.
  • Experience before federal/state courts and administrative agencies.
  • Excellent writing and research skills.
  • Knowledge of Labor & Employment law; comp: $175k-$225k.
  • Knowledge of CA CPC and CA Rules of Court; federal law a plus.
