Post manual journal entries with supporting documentation
Reconcile vendor statements with internal payment records; resolve mismatches
Support month-end close; provide clean schedules to reviewers

🎯 Requirements

U.S. person (citizen or permanent resident) residing in United States
2+ years bookkeeping or transactional accounting experience
Proficiency with cloud accounting software and PSA tools such as Autotask
Working knowledge of spend-management platforms
Experience reconciling payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, Square)
GL reconciliation skill: able to find why an account is off and fix it
