🎯 Requirements

• 4–8+ years as journalist, editor, or researcher with published work.
• Comfortable with data; spot anomalies and decide story vs. error.
• Strong interviewing with preparation and follow-up questions.
• Clear, direct prose; adapt to longform and social formats.
• Experience using AI tools and building editorial workflows.
• Commercially minded; content to build brand and demand.
