📋 Description

• Provide small-group reading and math tutoring to middle school students
• Implement Braintrust Tutors intervention programs with fidelity
• Monitor progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Maintain records of attendance and academic performance
• Collaborate with school staff to support student growth
• Foster a supportive classroom environment and maintain professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Active/expired teaching license or 5+ years of experience with K-8 students
• Reading: morphology-based word study, vocabulary development, reading comprehension, writing with
• Math: number sense, procedural fluency, problem-solving from counting to fractions/decimals
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Comfort collaborating with teachers and staff
