In-Store Operations Lead - Bondi Junction (Flagship)

📋 Description

• Lead and execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to
• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and
• Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 10-15 kg
