📋 Description

• Develop stem cell-based in vitro disease platforms
• Develop assays for small-molecule and CRISPR/genetic screens using high-content imaging
• Perform laboratory experiments, analyze data, and communicate findings clearly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across therapeutic and functional areas
• Maintain electronic lab notebooks and sample inventories

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. degree in related scientific discipline with 1-3 years of wet lab experience; cardiovascular
• Proficiency in cell culture, stem cell differentiation, and in vitro disease model development
• Experience with gene manipulation methods, including CRISPR, siRNA, ASOs, lentiviral systems, and
• Expertise in molecular biology techniques, including RNA extraction, qPCR, ELISA/MSD, and ICC
• Experience with FLIPR and Seahorse OCR platforms
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to develop experimental strategies
