• Call drivers when human involvement is required.
• Build trust and rapport with drivers.
• Understand driver preferences, priorities, and qualifications.
• Recommend the driving opportunity that best matches each driver's preferences.
• Oversee AI Recruiting Platform; review AI history and recommendations.
• Decide when AI should continue or recruiters should intervene; escalate issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Strong phone presence.
• Warm, confident, and persuasive communication.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new software and AI tools; quick to switch between conversations and tasks.
• Previous trucking experience not required.
