  • Lead and scale a new Inbound Sales team in Prague to drive GTM.
  • Hire and onboard Inbound Sales Reps; coach and develop the team.
  • Represent frontline GTM efforts; define sales process and pod strategy.
  • Manage and monitor KPI metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked).
  • Collaborate with Data, CRM, Sales, and Ops to ensure productive meetings.
  • Analyze performance to identify root causes and accelerate growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or business development.
  • 1+ year leading, coaching, or managing a sales team.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Experience with inbound/outbound lead qualification processes.
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and other business functions.
