📋 Description

Administer incentive plans for revenue org incl. Sales & Customer Success
Calculate and analyze commissions per quarterly cadence
Distribute plan sign-off and ensure policy compliance
Support monthly accruals and reconciliations with Accounting/FP&A
Act as first contact for commissions questions to revenue teams
Lead documentation and process improvements for commissions

🎯 Requirements

2+ years variable compensation experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with QuotaPath or similar tool preferred
Experience with Salesforce and Workday preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication
Understanding of accruals, payments, P&L impact
