Incentive Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain incentive pay models for Sales and Post-Sales.
• Track performance vs plans; ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
• Lead recurring comp review cycles end-to-end; validate data and payouts.
• Coordinate with external comp consultant; keep data in sync.
• Answer pay, attainment and plan questions; troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables with external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in compensation, finance, sales ops, or related analytic role.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; build complex, auditable models.
• Experience with sales compensation or incentive plan design in SaaS.
• Detail-oriented and accurate; you double-check work.
• Strong judgment handling sensitive compensation data.
• Interest in the product and the problems we solve.
