📋 Description

• Use SIEM to receive alerts, investigate, and assess damage.
• Review alerts/events from sensors to determine relevancy and urgency.
• Enrich incidents with open-source information for accuracy.
• Document alerts/incidents in the approved ticketing system.
• Preserve evidence integrity per CSOC SOPs or national standards.
• Monitor network activity with cybersecurity tools to protect against malware.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in network/UNIX/Linux admin, software engineering, or related field.
• Certification: Security+.
• Must obtain one of these certificates within 6 months: CySA+, CEH, GCIA, AZ-900, PCCET, Splunk.
