🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in incident management, Site Reliability Engineering
• Proven experience coordinating responses to production incidents, technical disruptions, or

• Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and the ability to gather, interpret, and
