Incident Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own incident tooling operations (incident.io, PagerDuty, Slack workflows)
• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows for incident handling
• Build and sustain the IC community (Incident Commanders & Support Leads)
• Operate dashboards and reporting (Databricks, Grafana, Looker)
• Maintain playbooks, templates, and incident guides
• Drive continuous improvement from incidents and postmortems

🎯 Requirements

• Incident response, technical operations, or reliability-adjacent experience
• Hands-on with incident tooling (incident.io, PagerDuty) and Slack automation
• SQL and reporting tools experience (Databricks, Looker, Grafana)
• Diagnose operational issues from logs and context
• Build lightweight automations and prototype AI workflows
• AI fluency: daily AI usage and repeatable AI workflows
