🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting; CPA license required
• 8+ years public accounting with SALT experience
• Strong multi-state income/franchise tax knowledge
• Led complex SALT engagements; trusted client advisor
• Business development and revenue growth experience
• Manages/develops tax staff; strong PM; proficient in CCH Axcess
