Independent Living Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 in-home and community support to promote independence.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, meal prep, transport, housekeeping, laundry.
• Use personal vehicle for shifts and transport clients; mileage reimbursement.
• Work in-home and in-community; not a residential group-home.
• Part-time start with potential to grow.
• Attend team meetings, write progress notes, and coordinate with the support team.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ (21+ for some clients).
• Valid driver's license with clean record, auto liability insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree or two years related experience.
• Willing to drive within a 30-mile radius.
• Adept with technology and a smart device with data.
