Independent Living Specialist

📋 Description

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; mileage reimbursement offered.
• Not a residential group-home setting.
• Wage: $19.50/hour; pay varies with experience.
• Provide 1:1 in-home and in-community support to promote independence.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, meals, transport, housekeeping, laundry.
• Attend team meetings and document progress; coordinate with the support team.

🎯 Requirements

• Age 18+ or 21+ depending on the person-served.
• HS diploma or GED; Associates in a relevant field OR 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to drive within a 30-mile radius.
• Adept with technology and a smart device with data plan.
• Flexible, team player; good communication; document care and follow plans.
