Independent Living Specialist - Float

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 support in home and community settings
• Help build daily living skills and independence
• Support appointments, errands, employment activities, and community involvement
• Assist with personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and daily needs
• Develop budgeting and household management skills
• Follow individualized support and service plans

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field
• Two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, auto liability insurance, reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel within ~30 minutes of the South Metro area
• Comfortable transporting individuals in own vehicle
• Independent, adaptable, tech-friendly with electronic documentation
