Independent Living Specialist - Float

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 support in home and community settings
• Assist individuals with daily living and independence
• Support appointments, errands, employment activities, and community involvement
• Help with personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and daily needs
• Develop budgeting, household management, health, safety, and participation skills
• Follow individual support and service plans; complete documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field
• Two years of experience with individuals with disabilities or mental illness
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel ~30 minutes radius of South Metro
• Comfortable chauffeuring individuals in personal vehicle
• Able to work independently; adapt to programs/individuals
