Independent Living Specialist - Float

📋 Description

• Provide individualized 1:1 support in home and community settings
• Help individuals develop daily living skills and greater independence
• Support appointments, errands, employment activities, and community involvement
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and other daily needs
• Help develop skills related to budgeting, household management, health and wellness, safety, and
• Follow individualized support and service plans

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field or two years of experience supporting individuals with
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, auto liability insurance, and a reliable
• Willing and able to travel within approximately a 30 minute radius of the South Metro area
• Comfortable transporting individuals in personal vehicle
• Able to work independently and adapt to different programs, individuals, and support needs
• Comfortable using technology and electronic documentation

🎁 Benefits

• Fixed Starting Rate: $19.50/hour
• Full-time day position, shifts between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Mon–Fri
