📋 Description

• Independent Non-Executive Director and Resident Director for Seychelles entity.
• Provide independent challenge to strategy, risk and conduct; hold management to account for
• Ensure local substance and regulatory alignment with Seychelles FSA under the VASP Act.
• Attend board and management meetings in person in Seychelles and engage with regulators as required.
• Serve on governance and remuneration-related duties within a licensed financial services entity.
• Support long-term sustainable value through effective oversight and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Resident in Seychelles with right to reside and work there.
• Experience in regulated financial services, banking, insurance, fiduciary or corporate services at
• Ability to satisfy FSA fitness and propriety assessments; demonstrate integrity and independence of
• Fluent in English; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience chairing an audit, risk or compliance committee is a plus.
