• 2+ years of experience working in an ad agency.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and planning duties in the creative ad space.
• Excellent time management.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; process-oriented and organized.
• Hands-on experience leading projects and brand management.
