Indigenous Internship Recruitment Officer - Initial 4 month Contract (3 or 5 days/week)

📋 Description

• Creation of advertisements for roles assigned
• Partner with site-based colleagues to engage Indigenous providers, networks and Elders
• Create accessible advertising and application pathways for varying levels of digital literacy
• Phone or video screening; longlist candidates with hiring leader guidance
• Supporting the creation of assessment days and/or 1:1 interviews
• Interview guide creation for roles assigned (4-month contract)
