Indirect Procurement Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Review and process purchase requisitions and procure-to-pay transactions, ensuring completeness and
• Apply procurement policies and controls, and handle incomplete or inconsistent requests through
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Sourcing, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable
• Support purchase order and supplier-related processes, including change requests, onboarding
• Resolve procure-to-pay exceptions by investigating issues and coordinating corrective actions.
• Provide stakeholder support and procurement guidance through approved channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing operations, supply chain
• Working knowledge of indirect procurement and procure-to-pay processes.
• Ability to review purchasing requests for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
