Indirect Sourcing manager - fixed term 12 months

📋 Description

• Support internal stakeholders throughout the procurement process, helping them make timely
• Scope, evaluate and analyse supplier quotes, bids and sourcing options to identify the best way
• Prepare and conduct supplier negotiations using a structured, best-practice approach.
• Perform cost, scenario and benchmark analyses to identify savings and optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies, including Finance and Legal.
• Drive continuous improvements across the Source-to-Pay process, policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years' experience from finance, purchasing, procurement or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure and interpret data in a time-efficient way.
• Experience with negotiations and a good understanding of agreements, including commercial and legal
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, preferably across countries, functions or business
• Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with colleagues at different levels of the
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systems such as IFS or similar.
