Indirect Sourcing Specialist, Category Owner

📋 Description

• Full category ownership and vendor management in HR, marketing and professional services categories
• Manage the full purchase-to-pay process in your categories, from purchase request to purchase
• Run sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and negotiate commercial terms
• Manage vendor relationships, performance and onboarding
• Strategic category management and planning
• Help develop Indirect Sourcing processes and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain
• At least 4 years in indirect sourcing or procurement, for example as a category manager or sourcing
• Proven experience running sourcing events and negotiating contracts on your own, especially for
• Strong analytical skills (spend analysis, offer comparison offers, total cost of ownership)
• Ability to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
