📋 Description

• Negotiate annual agreement with each customer
• Present and submit proposals of annual agreements to manager
• Provide technical support cooperation with Technician team
• Understand market capacity and local market needs
• Assess customer needs and recommend solutions
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Commerce preferred)
• Minimum 10 years in Sales of Ingredients within the Industrial Segment
• Ingredients business expertise, baking focus preferred, and broader food industry knowledge
• Industrial baking customer knowledge and market dynamics understanding
• Negotiation and communication skills to build long-term partnerships
• Managerial and leadership experience in leading teams
