Develop design themes for hardware concepts from sketch to production
Build and iterate physical prototypes to inform product architecture with human factors
Ship new features in 5 week release cycles
Create and communicate design intent through sketches, CAD, prototypes, CMF strategy and design documentation
Collaborate with PM, Eng, and BD on technical engineering challenges

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of industrial design experience
Prototyped and developed hardware for software in fast-paced environments
Keen sense of human factors
Ability to take complex engineering constraints and make user-friendly designs
Strong ability to hit the ground running with incomplete feature scopes and fragmented information
Bachelors in Human-Computer Interaction, or related design field
