📋 Description

• Design and redesign routes for the following day and throughout the current day, applying routing
• Coordinate routing activities for Commercial, Residential, Rolloff Container, and POL services for
• Split and reorganize routes when driver callouts, staffing shortages, or other operational
• Assign service tickets to appropriate drivers throughout the day and determine route actions needed
• Determine daily driver staffing requirements and collaborate with operational managers to ensure
• Review, collect, verify, and analyze real-time information related to routes, vehicles, disposal

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or accredited GED is required. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience, ideally involving teamwork, operational
• Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required due to frequent communication
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple operational teams and
• Demonstrated ability to assess changing circumstances, identify operational challenges, and make
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple service
