Industrial Engineer

📋 Description

• Ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient plant operations.
• Design and optimize plant layouts and process flows.
• Define cycle times and headcount with Engineering Site Lead.
• Lead IE studies and maintain standard work procedures.
• Support launches/new projects and LV1/LV2 validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in industrial engineering; 5 years preferred.
• 1 year project management experience (desirable).
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Proficient planning and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 10%+.
