📋 Description

• Ensure safety of employees and high-quality products.
• Develop and optimize plant layouts and process flows.
• Define cycle times and headcount to meet forecasts.
• Lead industrial engineering studies and analyses.

• Support launches/new projects with IE deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in industrial engineering; 5 preferred.
• 1+ year project management experience (desirable).
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication at all levels.
