Monitors and reports project progress to all stakeholders.
Drafts client-friendly responses to inquiries to facilitate ops-client communication.
Regularly reviews performance data to identify gaps.
Evaluates processes to identify inefficiencies and plan improvements.
Investigates KPI failures with Ops; delivers explanations and action plans to client and senior mgmt.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Expert MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in project management
Ability to communicate with various management levels and clients
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work outside of normal business hours to meet client expectations
