Participate in on-site sales and gear inspections to learn our product and territory
Develop technical knowledge to communicate products and gear inspection services
Build relationships with customers and understand their needs
Maintain contact with existing customers; make cold calls in territory
Visit prospects and customers; generate leads and quotes to sale
Create, submit and follow up on Quotes and RFQ’s

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma/trade school or college degree
2+ years of service experience in the paper industry
Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
Team player with ability to work independently
Good sense of sight/hearing; safety in shop environment
Able to lift up to 60 pounds
