🎯 Requirements

5–10 years’ experience in property advisory or tenant representation.
Strong understanding of industrial property markets and leasing fundamentals.
LFR experience preferred; flexible to work across sectors.
Proven success in solution sales to corporate clients at board level.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Financial acumen and ability to deliver strategic insights.
