Industrial Trainee

📋 Description

• Conduct risk assessments using annual reports, site visits, and management discussions
• Perform financial analysis including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and ratios
• Assess partner capabilities to determine viability and risk exposure
• Review statutory, regulatory, and AML compliance for channel partners
• Undertake sector and industry analysis to identify market trends and risks
• Conduct portfolio analysis to support credit and risk decisions
• Develop, maintain, and enhance risk scoring models for client evaluation
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage client accounts
• Prepare detailed credit/risk assessment reports with findings and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• CA IPCC Intermediate qualified with CA Final target 2028
• Strong understanding of current economic, business, and market developments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with actionable insights
• Ability to analyze financial statements and assess industry dynamics
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Team-oriented with collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
