🎯 Requirements

• Financial Services native; ideally consumer-facing marketing background in banking, insurance
• Well versed in customer acquisition, onboarding, cross-sell, wallet penetration, lifetime value
• Executive storyteller; can turn complicated technology (including AI) into plain language
• Outstanding writer and presenter
• Builds to scale; creates plays for many sellers
• Brings people along; builds trust across teams, pushes back when needed
