📋 Description

• Contributes to a teaching culture of collaboration among the classroom team
• Provides primary caregiving to 1-3 infants with two other guides
• Communicates with families, staff, and leadership
• Observes and records developmental milestones
• Leads accreditation efforts and upholds Ohana standards
• Prepares environment and ends day ready for next morning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and MACTE Montessori certification or RIE training preferred
• 5+ years in infant environment
• Primary caregiving techniques
• Skilled in observation and documentation
• Communication skills (oral and written)
• Fluency in languages other than English (bonus)
