• Manage campaigns from initial brainstorming and talent sourcing through external creator
• Develop and present creator-led campaign concepts that support client objectives and demonstrate
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant creators, influencers, talent, and external partners
• Ensure creator content meets the required standards for creative excellence and brand relevance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand marketing, talent management
• Strong understanding of creators, influencers, social platforms, and the cultural dynamics driving
• Creative and operational mindset with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, processes, and
• Experience translating creative or brand concepts into effective casting and campaign strategies.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills to articulate business value.
• Practical understanding of content production and social-first content creation.
