📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal Vayner teams across Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative
• Translate brand concepts into casting strategies (diversity, volume, authenticity)
• Pitch CAIT-led concepts in sync with Creative to drive business results
• Apply standards for Excellence, ensuring delivered assets are creatively effective and commercially
• Contribute to the success and energy of the CAIT team
• Handle execution, systems regarding contract negotiations, payment processing, and project timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects or talent management
• Creative/Operator Hybrid: taste level to improve creative work and operational brain to manage
• The Seller Mindset: comfortable in a room with clients, articulating business value of creators
• Practitioner Empathy: understand friction points of making content
• Social-First Lens: accountable for carrying out role with a social-first mindset
• Ownership: take responsibility for actions and impact
