🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in influencer, creator, or social media marketing, including experience
• Proven experience managing budgets and negotiating or overseeing creator contracts
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in attribution, performance reporting, and ROI analysis
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems
