• Research competitor and market advertising to spot angles, formats and trends
• Develop a high volume of creative angles and briefs for influencers
• Tailor creative approaches by country, audience and game category
• Review influencer content and give constructive feedback
• Design and run A/B tests across creatives, markets and categories
• Analyse creative performance using KPIs and structured testing, then adjust the approach based on

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience writing creative briefs
• Strong skills in measuring and analysing campaign and creative results
• Hands-on experience managing YouTube spend
• Budget ownership, ideally managing 100,000+ per month in influencer marketing
• Experience working closely with influencer teams, or running ads with influencers
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your daily work, particularly to analyse data
